Peachy Green is a Melbourne-based landscape architecture studio led by Frances Hale and Stephen Tan. Known for lush naturalism and thoughtful plant selection, they create gardens that layer soft foliage with bold sculptural leaves—rooted in context, yet full of surprise.

At Hollick Place, Peachy Green's design responds to the building's shifting microclimates, tailoring plant palettes to light and exposure at every level. From cascading grasses and the dappled shade of Birch and Japanese Maples to wattles and native wildflowers, each layer offers a distinct connection to nature—welcoming residents home with a genuine sense of place.

Framed by place: Ruth Hollick's lens

Every Kincrest address takes its name from someone who left a lasting mark on the local area. Here, that someone is Ruth Hollick—a celebrated photographer who lived and worked in Moonee Ponds throughout the 1920s and 30s, capturing intimate family portraits and moments of neighbourhood life. It's a sensibility that will define Hollick Place—a building crafted with care and deeply connected to the community it belongs to.
